Terrible It's all about production and no quality....the upper management only care about pleasing Statefarm their client. The hours and days to work change often with little to no advance notice and if you can't work it they force you to quit so that the company is not required to pay unemployment. Recently the employees were told they are not allowed to talk to each other. The supervisors are not qualified to be in their position. They have no training. They promote because of production and not due to experience. The dress code is very unprofessional.
