The LA office will leave you dead inside The company refuses to innovate. They're stuck trying to do the same thing without spending any additional dollars to get returns. This includes failing to invest in basic technology. The office environment at the Los Angeles office is one of the most toxic that you'll ever encounter. There are established cliques that make the office extremely uncomfortable and at times unproductive. Managers are unqualified and are frankly very unprofessional. Additionally, their style of management is often in forms of threats or fear-mongering. Not to mention you'll be extremely underpaid for the working that you'll be doing.
