The worst company I have ever worked for I'm very surprised by all of these 4 & 5-star reviews from Feb 17 to Feb 21. This review request probably brought up in one of their morning meetings since there are so many 1-star reviews. I have witnessed Debbie fired many employees unexpectedly during my time there and I remember having a meeting with her and expressed my concern about the insecurity of my employment. She reassured me that I was important and do not worry. Unexpectedly, I got fired 1 week after. My experience at Copper Cow Coffee was unpleasant since I felt that the CEO was incompetent, lack of leadership and management skills, and especially lack of effort in communication & understanding between team members from management even though it is a very small company. I would not recommend anyone to waste their time working for this company. Acknowledge the fact that all of the positive and negative reviews for this company are from former and current employees that only work there less than 1 year and the company has less than 10 people working at the office at this time. (something to think about)
