Awful management / Be warned The management and leadership team was completely inept and unprofessional. It was strange to work at a civil rights organization that treated its employees so poorly. There were several cases where managers targeted and harassed employees or terminated them without merit. They often under-level and underpay very smart and experienced employees, resulting in very high turnover. There also seems to be an anti-black sentiment among the leadership. There is a lot of pain and misery in this place. Be warned. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. If you are considering accepting a job offer here, please do your research.
