Dishonest, poor management, unorganized and just overall toxic Was promised a salary base boost after 3 months but didn't receive it til 8+ months. Commission was changed a few times without warning, no explanation and nothing in writing even after asking for it several times. Words were manipulated in the email that outlined/promised a certain commission in the beginning. Management is NEVER around and IT support does not want to be resourceful for the sales team to complete projects properly (even though that is their job). This left projects open ended with no follow up. Some projects NEVER got completed and the billing department still billed them. Lost many customers because they were so furious. IT is overwhelmed with support calls. Definitely understaffed. People are set up against each other by executives and management. A lot of rumors and discussion about other employees with management happened regularly. All conversations between closed doors were unprofessional. There's some micromanaging that involved 5+ people in one account which makes planning, communication, etc. so difficult. Because management is not organized they would come into projects and start directing without back knowledge of what has been going on. Billing department over-spilled into account executive positions because they could not figure out what checks or payments matched up to what invoices. Billing is a total disaster. Made customers furious when we could not find payments from 2014-2017 and we are asking for them in 2018.
