Disorganized and Roach Infested Like what my previous (ex)coworker stated, management could be better. There was no communication to what I did wrong either, until it was too late to ask. Trying to obtain details of said termination is a nightmare- no one would respond, which is quite rude. Should have known it would happen, since prior to starting this position, it took almost a week for them to respond to my very basic questions about the benefits package. They also sent me the wrong start date in my offer letter. I took this position with intentions of working long term, and turns out they probably wanted cheaper labor and seasonal help. I ignored many red flags because I thought maybe I was too uptight and peculiar about my working conditions. If you don't mind roaches (that're the first thing you see in the morning when coming into work) and unprofessional conversations happening, this is the place for you. Also, the owner brings her yapping (and biting) dog in frequently and if you're allergic, well too bad.
