Disorganized, Chaotic & Outdated!!! The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing, or too many people touching the same item and noone realizes it. They do not use modern agency management processes or procedures. It takes ten steps to process what another agency will complete in two steps. I was often told to un-train my brain to think illogically to grasp their outdated methods of doing things. After specializing in process improvement, dumbing down myself to fit in was: 1- a waste of time, 2-not going to happen after I spent a career honing my skills to become a top tier insurance professional. There is no training at all. Most of my peers told me they played around with the system and figured out how to use it. They also admitted that they all do things differently. So management thinks there is consistency, but I was told and showed that it's a free-for-all with the "procedures". There was extremely high staff turnover while I was employed and in my short time there, the company lost two HR Directors. This should always be a red flag!
