Overall a terrible place to work if you have any morals or real Christian values No women at the top. Failure to follow governmental guidelines for disabilities and discrimination. Faculty not allowed to teach in a manner that instills learning. If students complain class is too difficult faculty instructed to back down. No place for advancement. Old boys network at top who will be there till they die.
