They wont pay you if you have an emergency/family issue They would like you to notify the company two weeks in advance if you are unable to continue with an assignment. If not they will deduct 4 hours from your pay. Basically, they won't pay you for the work you ALREADY completed. Most sessions are only an hour long, so if you did a supervisor a favor and drove an hr to a student only to tutor for an hr, you better not have an emergency-- or else they won't pay you. -Lower pay than most agencies -Far assignments
