If a mistake is made he is ready and willing to let you go instead of treating it as a learning Enviornment and given the opportunity to grow. Certain directors spend their day watching movies in their office and taking naps definitely setting a bad example. If you are favored by leadership you are given opportunities to come in late and delegate you work to others for complaining of being overwhelmed and allowed to work from home, while others on the team who work just as hard if not harder are not given any opportunity. Insubordination is promoted at Cabeau. If you are favored by the CEO you are given job opportunities regardless if you refused to do your job in the previous position or spent hours in the hallway talking on the phone. If you are an employee who prefers for your work to speak for itself versus being a kiss up and are looking for a learning Enviornment with room for growth this is not the place to be.
