Trust Your Intuition, Young People Playing Business School *BlackLine, if you don't obsess over the tool that will be looked at as a Flaw and you will mainly do technical implementations *Difficult to be a female here, would have thought female Directors/Partner would have done more to promote but instead just put a monthly meeting together *Way more internal politics than expected from this small of a firm, had directors from the highest selling business unit complaining about some of the lower selling project areas and vice versa on comments *Tells you they will promote from analyst to Sr to manager, does not happen all based off merit but on social closeness, don't expect to get promoted quickly *Busy work, when not staffed on a project you will be told do learning and development on random areas and or help with random internal tasks *Claims to be a startup but operates hierarchal, as other reviewer mentioned titles don't mean anything and when such young people are Partners and Directors or Managers they often lack valuable skills coming from pure experience *No clear HR boundaries if you have an issue
