Unorganized and with very low morals HR doesnt respect employees. Company make promises that never fulfill. I started as a temp full-time employee, they promised me that they will passed me to full-time and raise salary after the three months period. I waited more than 6 months and talk to them several times. One day, they just decided to fired me without a reason and I received a call Friday about 7:30pm. I talk to my bosses and they didnt know what was the reason since I was "doing great job in everything I was doing". My bosses didnt even know I got fired until I told them about it the following monday, HR just does what ever they want. Very low moral and evil.
