Franchise seems to think the best way to make money is to cut as much labor as possible and pay as little as possible. Pressure from upper management to constantly cut, cut, cut from the schedule, not realizing that adding more labor would help answer phone calls and bring in business by providing better service and encouraging returning customers. Service suffers tremendously. Never focusing on the big picture. Staff is a gigantic turn table of employees who are upset by no pay increases and stressful work environment due to the "cut cut cut" mentality. Insurance benefits constantly slashed year after year because again, cutting costs will make the business run (not happy employees...) Employee safety is rarely a concern, we'd rather burn everybody out and make them work sick because who cares about food safety. All dog and pony show when upper management shows up (we're warned about it to be on our best behavior so our managers look good, but they don't want to hear any negative feedback because if results are bad it's definitely OUR fault and not the extremely low payscale and terrible labor budgets). Cheating encouraged as long as nobody finds out. RGMS expected to work ridiculous hours to make up for the lack of staffing (due to cut cut cut). Sure, cut all the non salaried employees and take advantage of the exempt ones who don't get overtime. When you finally do develop a good team, upper management will pull them immediately to fill other suffering stores, causing even the best rgms to burn out quickly and creating the most negative and stressful work environment. No training budget so people are thrown into positions they aren't ready for and (shocking) they leave. Not surprising to see so many bad reviews. If this franchise buys your store, run as far as you can in literally any other direction. They probably won't care, they're used to people leaving and when they do leave the company doesn't question why (they just assume the employee is lazy and doesn't want to do what's required)
