I would not recommend this company to a friend, or associate. The company lacks structure and efficiency in multiple areas, ranging from post-purchase customer service to the proper and fair treatment of all employees by it's management staff and key members of its human resources division. More specifically, the onboarding process is extremely inefficient and new hires will, unfortunately, find themselves struggling to receive needed support from both Human Resources and Sales Management to include access to critical onboarding data and tools, some of which are legally required by the U.S. Department of Labor such as individual payroll records/stubs. Lastly and most importantly, upon termination, the company does not consistently comply with individual state laws concerning issuance of final pay out for accrued PTO (e.g. unused vacation, sick time, etc) for it's employees and will ignore state laws and mandates in place for protection of the employee at risk.
