What a mess Old-school management style, no flexibility. - Directors and VPs are useless. They don't advocate for their team members who do all the work and are eager to pawn off work, then subsequently point fingers any time something isn't perfect. - I've never worked at such a backstabbing organization. There isn't a sense of teamwork or camaraderie at all. It's almost an us vs. them mentality when it comes to projects because people love to throw each other under the bus. - Absolutely no upward mobility or room for growth. - There are some really toxic directors and VPs who have well-documented cases of being abusive and terrible to staff (as evidenced by the high turnover in their departments) and yet they are never reprimanded or dealt with. - Lower-level employees are overworked with no support. Expected to put out an insane volume of work while the directors sit back and take all the credit.
