Work here as a LAST resort Arrogant management, extremely long hours (they also expect you to work on your two days off a week. Honestly 1 day off a week if you?re lucky) The management staff are not managers. They hardly know the product they are in charge of selling. Often require education from their subordinates on the product in order to make a educated decision. Constant trash talk. Wether it?s to your face or behind your back. Do not expect to go a day here without hearing about how you suck all the way around. (Managers also talk crap behind each other?s back to their subordinates) They rule by fear instead of leadership. Also pay plan is laughable. If you aren?t willing to work 70 hours a week or more good luck making anything over $2,000 a month. Family? Forget it. Priorities outside of work? Nope. I could go on but it would be redundant at this point. If you are looking to sell cars DO NOT come here. While I was there(considerable amount of time) I saw well over 100 sales people come and go. Also training revolves around how to screw a customer out of the most money possible.
