Work here ONLY if you don't have experience and after a year go away
1. MICROMANAGEMENT and please stop saying that the people that work here should be thankful that you paid the salaries on time, that is your obligation! 2. They make you feel that you are invaluable, that you are necessary but the truth is not, when you present your resignation letter, they will make you feel like you are a traitor. 3. 85% of the people is not happy here, only the ones that are in top positions or have connections-influences are happy on here... When I started, the coworkers told me to work here 1 year and then look for other places. An example of that is the last year a lot of people resigned because of terrible decisions from the management. 4. ONLY 1 DAY OF WFH, a lot of people are from places really far from the company. They do not give you a healthy work-life-balance. And if you ask for at least one more day, they will tell you ?we do not know how to measure your work, so we can only give you one day?. And you get 1 day after 6 moths, others companies give you that after 3 months. If you don?t trust your employee, please DON?T HIRE THEM! 5. The training for new people is really boring 6. Low salary, there is no junior, mid or senior figure, that?s why there is no competitive salary. 7. Not a career path a lot, there is the one that you can get at the company and that?s it, from developer (remember, no junior to senior positions) to team lead and that?s it. 8. And this is one of the worst things they have: OLD really OLD technologies, the managers and the big heads don?t have an idea of the new technologies, they use really old ones. You won?t know new things, unless you do that at home. If you have 3-4 years here you will be stuck, you won?t be competitive and that?s a reason why for some people (that work here) is really hard to find another company to work with. 9. The friendly environment is not because of the management, it is because of the coworkers! 10. They removed some benefits they had in the past.
