You don?t want to work here The company will write off the negative reviews here as a couple of disgruntled employees. And yes, we were all disgruntled but for good reason. The majority of the reviews are from employees who left on their own, not because they were fired. Please take these reviews seriously when considering this company. The company?s leadership leaves a lot to be desired. The CEO is incredibly distrustful of all employees, monitoring every move made on your work laptop, which is perfectly legal, BTW, but only done here to check how much everyone is working. Also, there are a couple of employees who basically spy on everyone else and report back to the CEO. Alot of the policies are outdated. Their is no opportunity to work remotely, unless you are the CEO. The double standards for the CEO are very noticeable in a company this size. Unfortunately, the CEO is also a main source of gossip in the organization. Any personal information you share will likely be shared with other coworkers and may be used against you. You will consistently be stressed out, overworked and probably underpaid. The benefits are decent but not as amazing as they say and don?t make up for the bad things.
