You work for free for every student for the FIRST lesson; very HIGH comisssion fees! I was in complete and utter shock when I found out that for EVERY student, Verbling takes the full amount of the FIRST lesson. YES, you are essentially working for FREE for EVERY student who books you for the first time! The student still pays, but Verbling keeps the money of the first lesson. What's even more ridiculous are their EXTREMELY HIGH commission fees they charge. It's absolutely ludicrous how "difficult" they make it for teachers to reach a threshold that lowers their commission fees. This company is making a cash cow off of gullible teachers. I have worked with over 5 other similar companies like Verbling, and I wouldn't return to Verbling for any reason. I value my time and money, and I'm not interested in teaching for free nor for very high commission fees! No thanks!
