Tough place to work / small company for obvious reasons As others have stated, the CEO is very difficult to work for/with. There is definitely zero trust. It was like pulling teeth just to get a password to log into a server. When it came to raises, there were none and there was no negotiating. The constant micro-managing and "can't be a minute late or you will be reprimanded" made me feel like a child, not an adult. While working there, there was definitely always an attitude of "you can be replaced".
