Worst Company to Work For in Orange County! Where can I start? They've been giving all Rental Agents $10 for many years with no raises whatsoever. Some people have been working at AVR for 3 years and not a single penny for a raise. There also has been plenty of Sexual Harassments at their Branches in OC and corporate office. Managers at branches refuse to address the issues or put it in writing to send to HR. I have personally been harassed by an employee, which was NOT terminated until he walked off the job himself. No Weekends off, No Christmas Off, No Thanksgiving off, absolute disregard for observing any Holiday or Occasion. No company Loyalty to employee. Bascially, if you want $10/hr with no benefits whatsoever for the rest of your life, then this job is for you. so, Lets break this down. No Career advancement opportunities, No Benefits, Extremely disregard for work/life balance. Managers are money hungry and there are no Values that this company holds.
