I worked with Dale Klever in Colusa. No bueno.
Mr Klever has had many manager and director jobs in the area. He is strictly an Autocratic type manager. He does very well when he leads a non skilled labor workforce but he fails when tasked with leadership over skilled or journeyman workers.
I wish I could leave 0 stars. Worst supervisor I’ve ever worked for.
Dale was my supervisor at the douche factory across town. My job was to transfer the newly manufactured douches to the douche bags. So in other words I handed them off to Dale. Dale would then take douches and place them into a canoe. He would then row the canoe across the douchy river to where the launch pad was. He would then load them into a douche rocket that he would take off in and travel to a planet where he was a good supervisor because he sure as hell wasn't a good boss on anywhere on earth.
Dale brings politics to work. If you don't agree with him politically he will start going after you passive-aggressive style.
Dale likes to fire people. A bit too much. No manager should get enjoyment from terminating an employee but Dale does.
Worst boss ever!!! Knows nothing of wastewater management or process. Avoid at all costs!!

I hired him to even out the work structure and make cuts to help balance the budget. He did a great job at leveling out the work environment by rewarding under performing employees and punishing those who showed initiative and innovation. The only reason he got 4 stars is an incident that occurred several years ago. Every Thursday at lunch we would meet in his office and rub tips together. On this occasion he blew his load and some of it got on me. This made me very upset because I am straight. I had a tough time cleaning it up because paper towels in the restroom were abolished as part of his cost cutting initiative. I had to rinse in the sink and dry off with the low cost air dryer that was put in. While drying with room temperature air he walked in and said "next week I'll give you a real blow job". I complained to HR and they talked to him. I have had no trouble since and he always stops rubbing tips before he finishes now.

HoHoHo. Merry Christmas everyone. Or as Dale would say, happy holidays. I hope you have been good this year. Dale has been a very naughty boy again. I can't even put coal in his in his stocking because the president he voted for shut down all the coal mines. In fact all the naughty children in the world won't have any coal to burn this year and will have no way to warm thier cold hearts. Hopefully he will learn his lesson and help Make America Great Again in 2024. Santa
