Jane might possibly be the worst manager in all of California. She is rude, incompetent (can't stress this one enough), toxic, unprofessional, and all around just bad news. In her first two weeks at her current role, she received at least 7 HR complaints from both her reports and senior partners. She is incredibly insecure, and it's honestly sad to watch her not only destroy her team, but everyones mental health in the process.
