Elevations RTC offers something unique compared to other residential care facilities for teenagers in the form of gender-integrated classes and therapy sessions. This allows students to interact with those of the opposite gender in learning, eating, and socializing settings, helping them make outside connections beyond the program. The Elevations approach is based on the belief that young people should gain essential social skills within a supportive atmosphere to be adequately equipped once they leave the confines of the program. Over 50 staff members work at Elevations, comprising clinicians such as doctors and psychiatrists, teachers, recreational personnel, program specialists, lodging attendants, and marketing and administrative staff.
