Orthopaedic and spinal physician, philanthropist, and avid sports fan Dr. Steve Paragioudakis, MD. Dr. Paragioudakis is multilingual and has a wide range of interests outside of medicine. He's the Residency Director of Orthopedics at Monmouth Medical Center and a dedicated husband and father of four.
Orthopaedic residents benefit from Dr Paragioudakis' leadership as he guides them through rigorous academic and research-based clinical training. Besides producing goods with continuing research projects addressing various technologies utilized in the medical profession today, he is also enthusiastic about assisting residents in learning creative procedures to aid their future employment.
His specialities include minimally invasive spine surgery, robotic spine surgery, revision spine surgery, and SI pain solutions. These procedures have significantly improved spinal surgeries, allowing faster recovery and less pain for patients.
Johns Hopkins University was home to Dr. Paragioudakis' undergraduate studies, and he went on to RBHS at Rutgers for his medical training. He excelled even more in his area by completing an internship and residency at the Department of Orthopaedics at Rutgers, the New Jersey Medical School.
