After moving to Arkansas in 2000, Dr. Banaji initially worked in private practice and as an emergency room physician at what is now Forrest City Medical Center. In 2005, he founded Internal Medicine of Forrest City, where he has been pivotal in implementing value-based care models such as the Patient-Centered Medical Home and CPC-Plus, enhancing the quality of care for the local population.
Additionally, since 2008, Dr. Banaji has served as the Medical Director at the Earle Family Medical Clinic in Earle, Arkansas, where he oversees clinical operations and ensures the delivery of high-standard medical care in smaller communities.
