Nicole Elizabeth Perusse, born on January 25, 1995, in Lawrence, Massachusetts, is a certified hospitality service trainer and accomplished athlete. Based in Andover, Massachusetts, she has built a diverse career in customer service, sales, and sports, showcasing her determination and versatility.
Nicole began her education at Holderness School in New Hampshire before transferring to Methuen High School in Massachusetts. She completed her senior year at Chelmsford High School. After graduating, she moved to Orlando, Florida, to attend Valencia Community College in 2015. This transition allowed her to gain new experiences and grow personally and professionally. She later returned to Massachusetts and enrolled at Middlesex Community College in Lowell, earning a business management certificate, further enhancing her career prospects.
Sports have always been a crucial part of Nicole’s life. She has achieved notable success in snowboarding, softball, and tennis. In 2007, she won a national Boardercross championship, taking home a gold medal and gaining recognition in Sports Illustrated for her impressive performance. Her consistent success in snowboarding earned her a judges' choice award for finishing in the top three in multiple events. In addition to her snowboarding achievements, she has played softball for several USA, NSA, and ASA teams and was a varsity tennis player during her first year at Holderness School.
Nicole’s professional career began in the hospitality industry, where she worked as a server and bartender at Longhorn Steakhouse in Massachusetts, from 2015 to 2019. In this role, she developed intense multitasking and customer service skills, handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining high service standards. She became a certified bartender and ServSafe-qualified food handler, and her ability to train new staff made her a valuable team member. Her dedication to her work and leadership skills helped her succeed in a demanding environment.
In 2019, Nicole transitioned to a career in sales as a sales associate at Verizon Wireless in Burlington, Massachusetts. She adapted quickly to the new role, exceeding her sales goals and building strong customer relationships. Currently, Nicole works as a service waitress at Burton’s Bar and Grill in Westford, Massachusetts, where she applies her customer service and multitasking skills in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
