Core Catalyst specializes in shelf-life testing, challenge trials, and consultations to help food manufacturers assess their products' safety and effectiveness. The lab works with clients such as U.S. Waffle Company, Lean Kitchen Company, and Signature Seasonings, helping these companies meet industry standards and bring safe, reliable products to market.
Andrew is committed to supporting education and community development outside his business ventures. He has been involved with Clemson University and Wingate University, contributing to programs supporting educational opportunities and future leaders' growth. In 2022, he and his wife, Julie, made a $2 million donation to Wingate University Athletics, which funded the construction of a new training facility for student-athletes.
