His extensive retail management career spanned over a decade with TJX Canada, where he rapidly advanced through various roles, culminating in significant managerial responsibilities across numerous stores in Western Canada. His direct involvement in over 40 new store inaugurations, including the first six HomeSense stores in Canada, highlights his proficiency in driving employee performance and customer satisfaction.
In 2007, Kemtal transitioned to a pivotal role as Director of Leadership Development at Global Expeditions in Texas. There, he enhanced his mentoring and motivational speaking skills, overseeing leadership training development for project directors and managers. His leadership prowess was further recognized when he ascended to Executive Director of Acquire the Fire, guiding a team of nearly 100 staff and interns and spearheading new product launches and operational enhancements.
