Kyle McAuley’s career has been a journey of continuous growth, with each step driven by his passion for creativity and entrepreneurship. After completing a theater degree from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, he moved to Los Angeles in 2012, where he initially set out to pursue acting and music. In 2015, Kyle took his first step into real estate by purchasing a condo in Northridge, California. He transformed the property into a long-term rental, gaining valuable experience in property management. His real estate journey advanced in 2022 when he executed a 1031 exchange, selling the condo and reinvesting the proceeds into two new properties—one in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and the other in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. This strategic reinvestment demonstrated his growing real estate expertise and commitment to building wealth through sound investments.
Alongside his real estate success, Kyle owns Moveabl., a furniture and mattress business based in Inglewood, California. Known for its exceptional quality products and commitment to community service, Moveabl. Continues to grow under his leadership. He is currently developing a new platform for the company, where he applies his business development and strategic planning skills to expand its reach and ensure continued success.
Before diving into business and real estate, Kyle spent six years as a professional DJ and emcee under the name DJ Lunakye with VOX DJS. He entertained at weddings, bar mitzvahs, and corporate events, gaining recognition for his dynamic performances. Though he no longer actively promotes his DJ services, he occasionally performs for past clients and friends. His Lunakye identity continues on social media, reflecting his creative background and entrepreneurial ventures.
Kyle has also become a prominent political commentator, offering insightful perspectives on social, economic, and foreign policy issues through daily posts on Instagram and X. His ability to blend humor and relatability with sharp commentary has helped him build a loyal following. His conservative values guide his advocacy, as he uses his platform to encourage active participation in discussions and inspire positive change within society.
