Jessica has an unquenchable entrepreneurial streak and has built and sold successful businesses including Very Baby and Very Designs. She played a key role in growing Fin Fun into a multi-million dollar company. Her patented monofin swim flipper was launched via a successful Kickstarter and is manufactured and sold by Sun Tail Mermaid.

A "Jane of all Trades, Master of Many," Jessica draws on her rich background as an entrepreneur and web designer to provide copy writing, blog articles, and ghostwriting services to clients on a wide variety of topics. She continues to provide product development for Sun Tail Mermaid and writes middle-grade fantasy novels published under a pen name.

Jessica ran a popular web design and development business for over twelve years, and is an expert in SEO copy writing, social media, and graphic design using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. She is a hand-coder fluent in valid HTML and CSS, and is proficient in PHP. She has built websites using a variety of CMS tools, her favorite being WordPress. She has experience with a wide array of e-commerce tools including Big Commerce, Shopify, and Magento.

Jessica hopes to pursue her passion by growing her freelance writing career by writing more books, and creating great content for her clients. She loves working from home along side her husband, homeschooling her four children, and keeping chickens and goats. She is an avid gardener who utilizes (and writes about) the Mittlieder gardening method.
