Very insecure. Practices favoritism. She has emasculated the physicians and allows her favorite NP and SW to control the department. They tell her what to do. She is very lazy and delegates the vast majority of her work to her underlings. She is racist and allows the other Indian American physician in the department to be unnecessarily rude to other employees, to curse out, to dominate. She writes up employees who do not praise her and flatter her all the time and sweeps under the carpet and covers for her friends. She allows her friend NP to write her homeowners for her school on company time, and her friend SW write her notes from her 2nd job while all other employees work. Everyone is scared of her. She accepts complaints and concerned from her friends but if other employees say something - she calls them complainers. She practices double standard.
