Back in 1901, when delivery trucks were horse-drawn and most businesses were family-owned, we started our first bakery in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We started out making wafers and then added breads, cakes, and cookies to our repertoire. Eventually, buns, breads, and rolls rose to the forefront, and we?re still making them today! Today, we use motorized vehicles, and we?ve had a few name changes along the way ? as Wayne Biscuit Company became Perfection Biscuit Company which became Perfection Bakeries which became Aunt Millie?s ? but one thing has remained the same; we are proud to still be family-owned-and-operated. That?s just part of the Aunt Millie?s legacy. Our headquarters is still in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and we continue to infuse Midwestern values of hard work, humility, dedication to quality, and a family-first mentality into every step of bread making, from research and development through the baking process to the final product: quality, delicious buns, rolls, and breads that you can be proud to share with your loved ones. Our commitment to healthy ingredients has never been stronger. Our employees have different jobs and all work incredibly hard to fulfill our mission of baking and selling high-quality products. Our production employees make the bread, sales branches sell and deliver the bread, and administrative staff support the company and its employees. We are especially grateful to our sales teams, production teams, and mechanics who have kept bread on the shelves for the public.
