It also provides installation and repair services. Chas Roberts focuses on residential installations in new homes and replacement units. An expanded call center helps manage the 40,000 service requests it receives a month. Products sold include equipment from Carrier, Trane, Goodman, and Honeywell. Chas Roberts Air Conditioning was founded in 1942 and is owned by president Roberta Roberts Shank and Don Roberts, grandchildren of founders Chas and Alice Roberts.
