The company also offers rate negotiation and loss and damage claim management services. Tools include reports, research, and analysis of freight billing and payment information. CTSI-Global supports more than 7,000 carriers and operates out of offices in India, Ireland, Singapore, and the US. It conducts more than 250 million transactions each year. Ken Hazen, CTSI-Global's president and CEO, bought the company in 1982.
