Eden Foods

Well known for its Edensoy organic soymilk, Eden Foods offers a garden full -- 250-plus products -- of other organic food products, including canned beans and tomatoes, condiments, dry pasta, dried fruit and seeds, juices, oils and vinegars, and teas. Eden's products are made using ingredients from more than 325 certified-organic North American farms. The company also imports items from Asia and Europe, including sea salts and traditional Japanese items such as miso and rice vinegar. Eden's subsidiaries include American Soy Products, Eden Organic Pasta, New Meridian Canning, and Sobaya. The family-owned company started out as a natural foods cooperative in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in 1968.
