Company Profile

Launched in 1993 as Transcomp, Inc., (TRANSlating COMPuters) our focus was on selling computers and related technology to households and individual consumers. We also brought one of the first graphics-based Bulletin Board Systems (BBS) to the Twin Cities. In 2002, we shifted our focus to the business marketplace to capitalize on the growing demand for an easy-to-use, self-directed system that would allow companies to manage their own websites. Based on our studies we believed that commoditizing web-based services would be the key to the future success of Transcomp, Inc. Over time we noticed that every client used the word 'evolve' at some point when talking about changing their business; that they have evolved into something different. The name Evolve Systems was selected when we worked with a committee to talk about how fast both technology and business evolves. The name has since proved to be an excellent fit for our business philosophy. The powerful combination of self-managed websites and credit card merchant services gave us a diversified service offering that remains in high demand by a majority of small to mid-sized businesses. Our strategic partnerships with selected graphic designers and marketing firms allow us to provide tailored, single-source services to clients in a diverse set of industries. First quarter of 2015 Evolve Systems was approved by the Women's Business Development Center as a certified Women Owned Business and is working with the Women's Business Development Center in Minnesota. In 2017 we transitioned our focus from a software and technology company to a full Branding and Digital Agency to better serve all the needs of our clients.
