Hay House

Self-help publisher Hay House publishes books and sells audio and video content covering topics such as self-help, sociology, philosophy, psychology, alternative health, and environmental issues. It has more than 300 print books and 350 audio programs from some 130 authors, including TV psychic John Edward, talk show host Montel Williams, and radio personality Tavis Smiley. In addition to its eponymous imprint, the company publishes under the New Beginnings Press, Princess Books, and Smiley Books labels; the firm has international divisions in Australia, the UK, India, and South Africa. Hay House was founded in 1984 by Louise Hay to self-publish her first two books, "Heal Your Body" and "You Can Heal Your Life."
