Larkburger was founded in 2006 after is was inspired from world-class restaurant in Vail, CO, Larkspur restaurant which featured a gourmet black angus burger on their apres ski menu. Founding partners Adam Baker and Thomas Salamunovich, sought to bring their flavors to the masses and so created a casual dining environment featuring gourmet burgers, salads and fries.
