To those of you that post on this site, we thank you. Most of your posts have been extremely helpful in guiding us to make necessary changes to our company. Those ongoing changes benefit our employees who are engaged and happy to be here. We track these posts and add items from them to our management action plan (MAP), so we can make the necessary changes and create metrics to see how well we?re doing. Other posts seem to be slightly vengeful and rancorous, in essence, about as helpful as conditioner to a porcupine. There seems to be a direct correlation between the timing of the reviews and changes with internal personnel and/or the organization. We look at these and realize how negative, unhappy, fearful and distrusting some folks can be and how happy we are that they are either no longer with us (hopefully to find happiness in a better more fitting job for them) or are actively looking to find that dream job where they will be ecstatic and write future glowing Glass Door posts. We are happy to see the recurring positive theme of the ?occasional free lunch?. Yes, we do bring in quite a few meals, snacks, donuts, fruit, etc. We also hand out the occasional celebratory bottle of wine for wine drinkers or cigar for cigar lovers (no we don?t smoke or drink in the office), pet treats for pet lovers, or Starbucks/Wawa/Dunkin Donuts cards for coffee and tea lovers, and have company-wide team member celebrations. We happily provide on-going training about sales, business processes, and the Pharma and Biotech industry. In fact, we retain globally respected bio-pharm experts that visit our offices consistently to provide group and one on one training about end to end aspects of drug development, vendor sponsor collaboration, and drug and device market trends, just to name a few. Traditionally, we never respond to any posts and we will never ask third parties to stuff the site with encouraging reviews. To those that are mad about their outcomes with us or are upset with our people or firm, we wish you peace and success. Once this post be published we expect that the amount of posts about us will go off the proverbial charts. It?s the trend with social media, and we welcome it. To that point, please, please keep posting to this site. We find the posts that are balanced, constructive and well meaning are helpful and greatly appreciated by us all. The posts that are malicious, and don?t provide any ideas on how to improve, are a source of fascination, disappointment, amusement, and generate the most interesting and energetic conversations for us. We invite anyone that wants to check out the veracity of this post to come to our office, chat with our people, and get a tour. You will find we are transparent and open.
