Our employees range from media specialists to content producers to digital producers to graphic designers as well as all levels of management and administrative support. We strive to be innovative in all aspects of our client and employee experience. For example, this year, in addition to our robust benefit plan*, we instituted a new Financial Wellness Menu. We are the first company of our kind to offer this plan. We looked at our employees and at the broader market and realized that employees are stressed. They are stressed about their finances; student loan debt, healthcare, childcare, and housing costs are the things that stressed them out the most. So we rolled out a plan whereby we aim to help our employees, starting at the three-month mark, a choice of paying down their student loan through Gradifi, saving up for college, rent/mortgage subsidy, childcare subsidy, transit subsidy, or healthcare subsidy. $150 a month for 3 months to 1 year, $200 a month from 1 year to 2 years, $250 a month for 2 to 3 years and $300 a month for 3+ years. To put that in perspective, only 8% of companies do student loan paydown, and the average payment is $50-$100 a month max. We?re putting our money where our mouth is to show our employees we are listening! *In addition to our financial wellness plan, we offer a choice of 3 medical plans (PPO, HMO and HSA) we pay for half of, whether that?s half of one employee or half of an employee?s family plan. We also subsidize long-term and short-term disability. We have a FSA plan where employees can put pre-tax money towards childcare, healthcare, transit or parking. No Limit offers voluntary dental and vision (Warby Parker is in our vision network!) as well as pet insurance. We offer a SIMPLE IRA and contribute an automatic 2% to EVERY employee regardless of whether they match. No Limit also offers tuition reimbursement after one year. Last but certainly not least, we also do a lot of charitable work: we volunteer with Misericordia Candy Days every year, we do Tops for Ronald McDonald House, we give to the Lakeview Pantry as well as provide a stipend for charitable races. Our building provides a second to none work experience. We are located in Chicago's premier office building: One Two Pru. We have all the food offerings you could want with Amazon Go, a cafeteria, two Starbucks, Jimmy John?s, Freshi, Au Bon Pain, Burger King, and the list goes on. We have not one but two nail salons! And a full service post office. We have the most amazing corporate rooftop deck you?ll ever find with a gym (only a one time $50 fee that lasts your entire employment duration) that has clean showers, towel service, new and modern workout equipment. Our building also overlooks Lake Michigan, Millennium Park, Michigan Avenue. Similar views can be enjoyed from our beautiful office as well as fresh fruit, snacks, tea, coffee, and a bar featuring wine and beer. When you?re done with work, we?re in walking distance to all of the major transit lines and have shuttle service to Union Station. The red and blue lines even come straight into our building through the Pedway. If you decide not to go home, we are an easy walk to the Chicago Cultural Center, Art Institute of Chicago as well as directly across from the Bean (Cloud Atlas) and Millennium Park and all its summer concerts.
