We are a startup on the leading edge of the automated vehicle revolution. We bring groundbreaking safety, cloud efficiency and big data analytics to the trucks that drive the economy. Commercial trucks will likely be the first vehicles to hit the road autonomously. Peloton's automated-driving platooning system uses radar and DSRC-based, vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) wireless communications and cloud NOC to link active safety systems between pairs of linked trucks, saving lives by reducing collisions as well as billions in fuel costs through dramatic reduction in aerodynamic drag on long haul trucks. MIT Technology Review named V2V one of the biggest tech breakthroughs of 2015. Peloton's founders are Stanford University alumni with roots in Stanford's autonomous vehicle program, Volkswagen, Tesla, and IDEO.
