Quality Conservation Services helps moderate- and lower-income families, protects our environment, conserves energy, and reduces utility costs. We provide FREE weatherization, insulation, Supersaver LED lights and lamps, smart thermostats, appliance and HVAC upgrades and repairs, repairs to energy-leaking windows, doors and walls, water-saving equipment and much more. Our programs are funded by local California electric and gas utilities. Since our founding in 1997, we have operated under long term, multi-year utility contracts which provide us with employment and workforce stability, as well as an absolute requirement for high quality and integrity. Quality Conservation is now one of California's largest licensed weatherization providers, operating primarily in the six counties around San Francisco Bay and the Napa-Sonoma wine country and in the four counties around Greater Los Angeles, including large parts of the California's Inland Empire.
