America II

America II Electronics has many moving parts. Its subsidiaries distribute semiconductors and passive components, keeping more than 3 billion parts in stock from 1,400-plus manufacturers. The company also buys excess inventories and specializes in mature, obsolete, and hard-to-find products. It has an alliance with electronics distributor Avnet Electronics Marketing to help customers sell excess inventory. America II has offices in Asia, Europe, Mexico, and North America. CEO Michael Galinski, who founded America II in 1989, controls the company.
