However, with appropriate treatment, most people who struggle with these afflictions can lead full, rich, and meaningful lives. Inpatient mental health care is provided in Buffalo at BryLin Hospital, a short-term, crisis care psychiatric hospital for children, adolescents, and adults who may be struggling with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, schizophrenia, post traumatic stress disorder(PTSD), having thoughts of suicide, or some other mental illness. At our Behavioral Health Center in Williamsville, both outpatient mental health treatment for adults and outpatient substance abuse care for adolescents and adults are provided at one convenient location. We offer assessment, individual therapy, group counseling, and other specialized programming options.
