At Deserve, we are committed to providing deserving but underserved people access to fair credit. When it comes to credit, most young people are caught in a catch-22: they don?t qualify for credit because they lack a credit history, and to build a credit history they first need to get credit. Deserve offers credit to students through a special approval process that goes beyond standard credit scoring. At its core, Deserve is a disruptive, analytics-based fintech company catering to deserving populations who are currently underserved by the traditional lending system. As a thirty-person team, we have a fast-paced, hardworking, driven group who promote a healthy company culture. We?ve raised over $40M in equity funding and $50M in debt funding to date, including a series C led by Sallie Mae Corporation in June 2018.
