We make the life of an employer much simpler. We charge a per employee admin fee that covers ALL of our services. We absolutely do not nickel and dime any of our clients for services. Our PEO service is a complete employee solution. We cover everything related to employees. More specifically we do payroll, benefits, HR administration/compliance, workers comp, and unemployment. Essentially it?s all the things a full HR department would do for you, except you don?t have to pay us the salary or give us benefits, and the liability for the work we do sits with us! Besides our pricing, the biggest difference between Employers Resource and other PEO?s is that we do the work. So many companies in our industry have developed ways to put the HR work back on the lap of the business owner and they just provide the tools to accomplish it.
