TSR specializes in serving the telecommunications industry; major customers have included purchasing outsourcer ProcureStaff (primarily to fulfill a contract with AT&T) and publishing giant McGraw-Hill. Overall, TSR serves more than 80 clients in the northeastern and mid-Atlantic regions of the US. In addition to providing contract personnel, TSR offers direct staffing (helping clients find people for permanent placement) and project management services.
