Maple Leaf Farms

Maple Leaf Farms, Inc. is a leading poultry producer known mostly for its duck products. As part of its business, the company processes some 16 million ducks a year sourced from 140 partner farms. The firm's products include duck legs, duck breasts, and whole duck, as well as a variety of value-added items. Maple Leaf Farms also sells chicken products under the Milford Valley and Sandra's brand names. In addition to consumer products, the company supplies both retailers and foodservice operators with its products. The family-owned business was founded in 1958 by the late Donald Wentzel. It's run by Wentzel's son-in-law Terry Tucker.
