We’ve been specialist recruiters in the media world since the dark ages. That’s right – there was no LinkedIn, we placed adverts in the back of the newspaper and online was called ‘new media’. The world has come a long way since 1992, and we’ve evolved with our markets to become the company we are today. You may remember us as PFJ, or The Graduate Recruitment Company – but in 2014 we re-branded to become Aspire, and now have four offices in London, Birmingham, Hong Kong and Singapore, employing more than 120 specialist recruiters. Mission: We aspire to be a global network of leading recruitment companies and our aspiration is underpinned by our values branded as "More Together". Very simply we believe that only when all parties are truly committed do you get the best result. Therefore we take this approach both internally and externally to provide a great service. We don't always get it right but still have the same clients using our services as we did over 20 years ago, so we must be doing something ok.
